Hospital Diet Services under Closed Framework Agreement

WAPDA Hospital Peshawar invites applications from eligible firms for the provision of Hospital Diet Services under a Closed Framework Agreement. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) and is specific to the Peshawar location. Items being procured: - Hospital Diet Services The framework agreement will be valid for one year and the procurement process will be conducted manually as the framework module is not available on EPADS Version 2.0. The process follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the WAPDA Procurement & Contract Manual, 2022. Interested firms can obtain the closed framework agreement documents from the Office of the Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Peshawar, during office hours upon payment of a prescribed fee of Rs. 2,000. Eligibility criteria include being a qualified firm capable of providing hospital diet services. Firms must ensure their applications are duly completed in all respects. The applications must reach the office of the undersigned by 10th August 2026 before 11:00 AM. The opening of applications will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1) as amended to date.
