Tender Description
GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala invites sealed electronic bids from firms possessing established technical, financial and managerial credentials for framework contracts covering hospital stores and medical supplies for Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, with bidding documents available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement websites.
The mandatory tender and lot list is: Sr. 1, framework contract for procurement of General Store Items; Sr. 2, Stationery Store Items; Sr. 3, Bedding and Clothing Items; Sr. 4, Waste and Infection Control Items; Sr. 5, CSSD Items; Sr. 6, Laundry Chemicals; Sr. 7, X-Ray and CT Scan Films; Sr. 8, Dental Items; Sr. 9, Accessories of Biomedical Equipment; Sr. 10, Lab Items; and Sr. 11, Medical Gases. Quantities, technical specifications, estimated prices and item-wise requirements are to be reviewed in the bidding documents.
The submission deadline is **20 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**, and electronic tenders will be opened at **11:00 AM on 20 August 2026**. Bids must contain complete technical and financial offers, inclusive of applicable taxes, and must be uploaded on the e-Procurement System. The bid security is **2% of the total estimated price or cost of the quoted lot or items**, submitted electronically as prescribed; physical CDRs or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Successful bidders must provide a **5% performance guarantee** electronically after award.
Eligible firms should submit company profiles, relevant experience, technical and managerial capability, past performance, signed and stamped pages, page numbers, checklists and tables of contents. Incomplete offers will not be entertained, and bidders should quote only one best-value offer. Submission is exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
