Bolan Medical Complex Hospital Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible firms for eight separate service packages. A separate package is required for each tender. The procurement will be conducted under BPPRA Rules 2014 through the EPPS system. The scope covers hospital security and janitorial support, operation and maintenance of critical medical, laundry, HVAC, lift, plumbing, pump-room and medical-gas infrastructure, together with oxygen-gas supply. Bidders should review the electronic bidding documents for detailed technical specifications, staffing, service standards, response obligations and package-specific requirements. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, submit a turnover certificate from a scheduled bank showing at least **PKR 4.00 million** in the last year, hold registration with relevant taxation departments, and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Sales Tax registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is required where applicable. Each bid must include bid security equal to **2% of the total bid value**, in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent.
