Tender Description
The Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) is inviting bids for the provision of hosting services for its PTA Chatbot, a WhatsApp-based solution designed to enhance communication and service delivery. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and aims to secure a reliable, secure, and scalable hosting platform to ensure 24/7 availability and optimal performance of the chatbot in Islamabad.

- Capability to handle thousands of simultaneous conversations without quality loss
- Instant response to customer queries without human intervention
