HPE Aruba Network Certified Professional (NCP) Campus Access Training

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and active on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the HPE Aruba Network Certified Professional (NCP) Campus Access Training. This training is aimed at enhancing professional skills in network access management using HPE Aruba technologies. Items being procured: - HPE Aruba Network Certified Professional (NCP) Campus Access Training The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th September 2026 at 1100 hours at HQ NADRA, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Submission of hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead along with original bid security is mandatory. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/110335. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 24th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and to resolve any technical issues on EPADS independently. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration and all required documents are complete well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues that could disqualify your bid.
