Supply of HT/LT Coils, LT Copper Wire and Repairing of LT Coils for 100 KVA Transformers

**Transpower Workshop (Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO))** invites eligible suppliers, manufacturers, authorized dealers and qualified contractors to bid for the supply and repair of transformer coil and copper materials for 100 KVA routine and low-loss damaged distribution transformers. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under reference TRW 04/2026-27, with contract identification P82552. Delivery is required at the Transformer Reclamation Workshop QESCO, TPS Sheikh Manda Airport Road, Sadar, Quetta, Balochistan. Technical requirements include pure copper materials, insulation paper of 15 mm thickness wrapped three times around the inner coil portion, specified enamel wire sizes and coil weights, and weight stamping on every coil. Repairing work must commence within 24 hours when ordered. Goods must comply with current WAPDA specifications, pass inspection, and include warranty and supplier documentation. The delivery schedule is 120 days. Bidders must hold renewed PEC registration with code ME-5, possess or attach QESCO registration evidence, and meet the stated FBR and legal eligibility requirements. The bid security is **PKR 1,460,000**, payable through CDR, pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee, valid for 120 days.
