Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer Operation Division II Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the construction and maintenance of HT/LT lines, pole erection, and transformer installation for the financial year 2026-27. This notice covers a comprehensive range of electrical works to be executed in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), under the supervision of the relevant department.

The technical scope includes the supply and installation of various sizes of HT and LT poles, stringing of conductors, installation of stays and guards, service connections, and transformer installations ranging from 25 KVA to 630 KVA. All works must comply with the department's technical standards and safety protocols.
Eligible contractors must submit a Bid Security of PKR 80,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order, along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in similar electrical works and compliance with AJK PPRA rules is mandatory.
Bidding documents can be obtained until 09-09-2026. The deadline for submission is 15-09-2026 at 12:00 AM, and bids will be opened on 15-09-2026 at 12:30 AM. Sealed bids must be submitted at the office of the undersigned.
