Tender for HT/LT Structure and PC Spun Poles Collection and Supply of Burnt Bricks and Construction Materials for Faisal Hills Housing Society Taxila

IESCO Islamabad Electric Supply Company invites E-bids from contractors for works under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis as per PPRA Rules-2004. The tender includes two main works: collection of HT/LT structure and HT/LT PC spun poles including loading, unloading, erection, concreting, back filling, fixing of stay rods, earthing of poles/structure and substation for Tehsil Attock, Hazro, Hassan Abdal, District Attock and Tehsil Taxila District Rawalpindi under jurisdiction of Executive Engineer (E) R.E.D No. I IESCO Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 16,560,533. The second work is supply of 1st class burnt bricks, supply of sand free of dust (coarse), construction of road/gate/path crossing, construction of RCC bases/plinths for construction of Faisal Hills Housing Society Taxila (Part-VIII) according to WAPDA/IESCO/SDI specifications under jurisdiction of R.E.D No-I IESCO Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 37,683,201. Items being procured: - Collection of HT/LT structure and HT/LT PC spun poles with erection and concreting - Supply of 1st class burnt bricks - Supply of sand free of dust (coarse) - Construction of road/gate/path crossing - Construction of RCC bases/plinths for Faisal Hills Housing Society Taxila The scope covers electrical and civil works in the specified Tehsils and Districts under IESCO Taxila jurisdiction. Eligible bidders must be engineering firms or companies registered with PEC under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 valid till June 30, 2027, prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, registered with FBR having NTN, GST, and PRA active status. Bidders must provide fresh bank statements, income tax returns for FY 2025-26, and demonstrate experience in similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. Joint ventures are allowed with mandatory registration on PPRA e-PADS portal and notarized JV agreements. Bids must be submitted online through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). A bid security of 2% of BOQ cost in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee is required. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS.
