Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites bids for two important works under the jurisdiction of Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The procurement is aimed at supporting the Prime Minister’s Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) Achievement Programme (SAP) for the financial year 2025-26. The first work involves the construction of HT/LT structure for village electrification schemes in NA-47 Tehsil and District Islamabad and NA-51 Tehsil Kotli Sattian & Murree. The second work is the provision of 780 manhole covers (under DOP head) to be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO/SDI specifications.

Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, renewed up to 30th June 2027. Firms must be prequalified by Chief Engineer (D&S/S&S) NTDC Lahore and registered with FBR having NTN, GST, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) active status. Financial capacity is assessed with minimum net worth, annual turnover, and cash flow requirements detailed for each tender. Firms must submit fresh bank statements showing 25% balance of BOQ cost and income tax returns for FY 2025-26.
