Tender for HT/LT Structure & PC Spun Poles in Tehsil Dina, Sohawa District Jehlum and Tehsil Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi

The IESCO (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works involving the construction and erection of HT/LT structures and PC spun poles in Tehsil Dina, Sohawa District Jehlum and Tehsil Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi under the jurisdiction of Construction Division IESCO Jehlum. Items being procured: - HT Structure Pole 58' with complete foundation and back filling (20 units) - HT Structure Pole 45' with complete foundation and back filling (170 units) - HT PC Spun Pole 45' with back filling (500 units) - HT Structure Pole 36' with complete foundation and back filling (200 units) - HT PC Spun Poles 36' with back filling (200 units) - LT Steel Structure Pole 9.49 mtr (31 ft) with complete foundation and back filling (280 units) - LT PC Spun Pole 31' with back filling (150 units) - Earthing arrangement for HT/LT Structure and PC Spun Pole (1520 units) - Installation of Earth Rod (70 units) - Installation of Earthing arrangement for distribution transformers on single structure/pole (20 units) - Installation and fixing of stay set complete (250 units) The scope includes transportation, safe handling from IESCO store to site, carriage, erection, concreting of HT/LT structures and PC spun poles, fixing of stay rods, and earthing of poles/transformers as per WAPDA specifications. The work will be executed in the specified tehsils of Jehlum and Rawalpindi districts. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Financial capacity and experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations are mandatory. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Monday, October 12, 2026, 09:30 AM**.
