Procurement of HT PCC Poles 36' by Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of HT PCC Poles 36' under contract reference P84748 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to be executed in Multan, Punjab. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Items being procured: - HT PCC Poles 36' (Quantity: 1571 units) The poles must conform to NTDC/WAPDA specification DDS-55:2006 (Amended to-date). The quoted price shall be on EX-Works basis inclusive of transportation charges for non-designated pole plants, all taxes, duties, and 0.5% inspection charges plus 18% GST. Transportation cost for non-designated pole plants outside MEPCO jurisdiction will be added @ Rs. 12.5 per km from the pole plant to the nearest MEPCO boundary for evaluation purposes. Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee valid for 105 days from the tender opening date. Performance security of 5% of the contract price including GST is required within 14 days of Letter of Intent issuance. The delivery period starts from the date of purchase order issuance, with partial delivery and payment allowed. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, prototype approval for spun hollow poles, satisfactory supply record with MEPCO/DISCOs, and no blacklisting. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by MEPCO representatives, with inspection charges of 0.5% of material cost payable by the supplier.
