Procurement of HT Spun Pole 45 feet

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring HT Spun Poles of 45 feet length for its regional stores covering Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah areas. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to strengthen the electrical infrastructure by supplying high-quality utility poles. Items being procured: - HT Spun Pole 45 feet (Quantity: 575 units in multiple lots with staggered delivery schedules: 75 units within 45 days, 100 units each at 75, 105, 135, 165, and 195 days from issuance of purchase order) The poles must conform to NTDC Specification DDS-55:2006 (amended to date). The technical scope includes manufacturing and delivery of these poles to IESCO Regional Stores with inspection carried out at the manufacturer's works by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore jointly with Chief Engineer (MM) IESCO Islamabad or authorized representatives. The supplier must provide a warranty certificate and ensure the use of prime materials as per specifications. Inspection fees of 0.5% of material cost are payable by the supplier. Delivery is critical and must adhere strictly to the schedule with liquidated damages applicable for delays. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 2 years manufacturing experience, 1 year supply experience, valid prototype approval, and prequalification with NTDC/WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/Govt. Departments. Financial requirements include an average annual turnover of 1.5 times the contract value over the last 3 years, FBR registration, and submission of audited financial reports. Bidders must also submit integrity pacts and declarations regarding beneficial ownership for contracts exceeding PKR 50 million.
