Procurement of HT Steel Structure 45 feet

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) invites bids for the procurement of HT Steel Structure 45 feet poles for the financial year 2026-27. Inspection of the material will be conducted at the manufacturer's works by the Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore jointly with Chief Engineer (MM) IESCO Islamabad or their authorized representatives. The supplier must provide a 0.5% non-reimbursable inspection fee along with the inspection call. Delivery schedules are strict and the supplier must offer the material for inspection at least 15 days prior to the due date. The supplier is responsible for packing suitable for transit by rail or road to ensure safe delivery. Eligibility criteria include valid prototype approval, prequalification with NTDC/WAPDA/DISCOs, manufacturing experience of at least 2 years, supply experience of at least 1 year, FBR registration, and financial capability with an average annual turnover of at least 1.5 times the contract value.
