Tender Description
The Village Electrification department of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is procuring works for the construction of HT Structures 45' and 58' to provide electricity connection to Danish School Kurri Islamabad. This project falls under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad and is specifically located in Islamabad Capital Territory.
The technical scope includes transportation, safe handling, erection, construction of foundation, and backfilling of HT structures of heights 45 feet and 58 feet. The work also involves fixing stay rods and earthing arrangements as per WAPDA and IESCO specifications. The project is designed to support a proposed load of 1500 KW. Materials and equipment must conform to WAPDA specifications and standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered engineering firms or companies with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and must be prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore. Firms must have active registration with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and provide financial documents including bank statements and income tax returns for FY 2024-25. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank accounts and registration on EPADS.
The bid submission deadline is Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 09:30 AM through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee. The submission address for original bid security is IESCO Head Office, Street # 40, Sector G7/4, Islamabad. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS.
