Tender Description
This tender invites qualified vendors in Sukkur to supply and install four 6 kW hybrid solar systems, forty-four 2-ton air conditioners, and establish four E-Library systems across District & Sessions Court Complex Sukkur, District Bar Association Sukkur, Civil Court Complex Rohri, and Taluka Pano Aqil. The procurement is managed by the District & Sessions Court Sukkur under the Access to Justice Program for the financial year 2025-26, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency and digital resources in judicial facilities.
The scope includes installation of tier-1 lithium LiFePO4 battery-based solar systems with Inverex Nitrox or equivalent inverters, 585W solar panels, and comprehensive AC/DC wiring with safety equipment. The air conditioners are inverter split models with R410-A gas, anti-corrosion features, and complete electrical wiring. The E-Library setups feature Dell/HP Core i5 13th Gen systems, LED monitors, UPS, laser printers, scanners, smart TVs, and licensed legal software subscriptions. All installations require site visits for precise measurements and adherence to technical specifications.
Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and maintain valid FBR/ATL status for 2025-26. The tender mandates submission of technical and financial proposals separately, with 2% bid security and Rs.1000 tender fee per item.
