Tender Description
The National Logistics Cell Balochistan invites reputed consultancy firms to submit sealed proposals for a Hydrological Study focused on Surface Runoff and Drainage at Gabd Border Terminal (GBT) located in Quetta. This study is critical for sustainable infrastructure development and flood risk management in the region.
Items being procured:
- Topographic survey of the project area
- Rainfall and catchment analysis using historical and current data
- Surface runoff modeling and flood risk assessment
- Drainage layout design with hydraulic calculations
- Recommendations for sustainable drainage solutions including culverts, channels, and disposal points
- Final Hydrological Report with maps, drawings, and design parameters signed by a registered professional engineer
The technical scope requires detailed hydrological and topographical assessments to ensure accurate modeling and design of drainage infrastructure. The consultancy must provide comprehensive hydraulic calculations and sustainable drainage recommendations tailored to the local environment and terrain.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant consultancy category, active FBR NTN and Sales Tax registration, and proven experience in hydrological studies, drainage design, and water resource engineering. Additionally, firms must submit a certificate on Rs. 100 E-Stamp paper confirming no litigation, blacklisting, or outstanding dues.
The submission deadline is **03 August 2026 at 10:00 hours**. Pre-qualification documents must be delivered to the HQ Project Directorate NLC Balochistan, Quetta. The opening of documents will occur the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
