Procurement of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Solution Hardware and Software with Support and Maintenance Services

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution including both hardware and software components. This procurement covers DGIP headquarters in Islamabad and the Disaster Recovery (DR) site in Lahore. The contract includes three years of support and maintenance services to ensure operational continuity and system reliability. Items being procured: - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution Hardware - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution Software - Three (03) years support and maintenance services The technical scope involves supply, installation, and commissioning of the HCI solution at the DGIP HQ in Islamabad and the DR site in Lahore. The solution must meet the detailed specifications outlined in Annexure-I of the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the respective Provincial Revenue Authority for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both taxes. The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents including terms and conditions, scope of work, instructions to bidders, evaluation criteria, bid validity, submission requirements, and technical specifications can be obtained from the office of the Assistant (Logistics), DGIP HQ, Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad during office hours. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Directorate General Immigration and Passports. Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned by 03:00 PM on August 06, 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 13,732,860/-) must accompany the bids, issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan and valid for thirty days beyond the bid validity period.
