IBCC QMS Framework Agreement Procurement

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad, is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the procurement of the IBCC Queue Management System (QMS) under a framework agreement. This procurement is specifically for the IBCC located at Plot # 25, Street # 38, I & T Center, G-10/4, Islamabad. Items being procured: - IBCC Queue Management System (QMS) software and related services under a framework agreement The scope includes provision, implementation, and support of the QMS to enhance service delivery at IBCC. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), hold valid NTN/GST registration, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must accompany the Technical Proposal. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities can be obtained from the office of the Director (Admin), IBCC, G-10/4, Islamabad, before the closing date upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 20,000/-. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules. IBCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals and ensure timely submission before the deadline.
