The Commissionerate of Mines Labour Welfare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the supply of ID card printing materials in Peshawar under the stationery and printing category. Bids are invited from registered manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers. The procurement is conducted through KP EPADS using a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit bids on EPADS and deliver hard copies to the Commissionerate office before 12-01-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Detailed bid documents are available at the Judicial Complex opposite Serene Hotel, Khyber Road Peshawar. All bids must be computerized and submitted on original letterhead. Bid security of 2% of the total bid in the form of CDR is required. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal wholly or partially under KP Public Procurement Rules 2014.
