Implementation of E Office of Auditor General Pakistan AG Office Peshawar

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for the implementation of the E Office system for the Auditor General of Pakistan AG Office located in Peshawar. This procurement is specifically managed by the NTC Peshawar office and targets qualified contractors and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The scope includes supply and installation of network equipment such as 24 ports switches with optical SFP ports, LAN cables, optical fiber cables, patch cords, access points, duct patti, flexible pipes, data cabinets, and network accessories. Additionally, the contract covers laying and pulling of optical fiber cables, STP cables, proper attachment of duct patti and flexible pipes on walls, roofs, and buildings, as well as testing, tagging, and commissioning of the complete project. Eligible bidders must be well reputed firms with relevant experience and hold PEC registration in categories EE-07 and EE-08. They must also be registered with tax authorities and provide declarations of no blacklisting or litigation on stamp papers. A tender security or earnest money of PKR 50,000 is required in the form of a bank draft, CDR, or pay order. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 2nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM at the NTC Peshawar Directorate. The contract requires a performance security of 10% of the total tendered value valid for 12 months and includes a warranty period with free service obligations. The contract completion time is four weeks from the work order issuance. Payment will be made through cross cheque after successful completion and submission of invoices.
