International Tender for Import of 185,000 MT Wheat with +/- 10% Molso on CFR Karachi and/or Gwadar Basis Latest Crop Year 2026

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (TCP), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from international wheat suppliers for the import of 185,000 metric tons (MT) of wheat with a tolerance of +/- 10% MOLSO on CFR basis at Karachi and/or Gwadar ports for the latest crop year 2026. The procurement is aimed at ensuring supply of wheat in bulk through worldwide sources with shipments made as per shipment schedule and terms specified in the tender document. Items being procured: - 185,000 MT (One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand metric tons) Wheat with +/- 10% MOLSO on CFR Karachi and/or Gwadar basis The wheat to be supplied must strictly comply with the standards and specifications prescribed in the tender document and Import Policy Order in force. Bids offering quantities less than 60,000 MT with +/- 10% MOLSO will not be accepted. The total quantity must reach the designated ports in Pakistan according to the shipment schedule outlined in the tender terms and conditions. Tender documents detailing terms, procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantees are available for download from official TCP and PPRA websites and can also be collected from TCP offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad until 1100 hours on September 28, 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked for Technical and Financial bids and dropped at the TCP reception counter in Karachi by 1130 hours on September 28, 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives physically or via Zoom. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with provincial/federal tax authorities and have local offices or representatives. Firms with outstanding contractual obligations or blacklisting by TCP are ineligible. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
