Import of Laboratory Equipment for Textile Research Laboratory for Textile Engineering

NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi invites sealed bids on C&F basis under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the import of laboratory equipment specifically for the Textile Research Laboratory of the Textile Engineering department. Bidders should have successfully executed or currently hold at least two independent purchase orders for laboratory equipment import within the last three years, each with a minimum value of Rs 50 million, supported by satisfactory completion certificates or official performance verifications from clients. Additionally, bidders must submit an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of at least Rs 100 affirming no litigation history, no blacklisting, and no involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices. A fixed Bid Security amount of Rs 2.5 million is required, payable as per Rule 37(2) of SPPRA in favor of Director Finance, NED University.
