Import of Remaining Laboratory Equipment on C&F Basis for Centre for Advanced Studies in Renewable Energy (ASURE)

NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi invites sealed bids on C&F basis under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the import of remaining laboratory equipment for the Centre for Advanced Studies in Renewable Energy (ASURE). Items being procured: - Remaining Laboratory Equipment for ASURE Labs The procurement involves importing specialized laboratory equipment to support advanced research and studies in renewable energy. The equipment will be delivered on C&F basis to the university located on University Road, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 3 years continuous verifiable experience in the relevant field. Bidders must provide copies of online annual income tax returns submitted to the FBR for the last three consecutive fiscal years, demonstrating a mandatory minimum average annual turnover of Rs 50 million. Valid and active GST registration with an active taxpayer status is required. Bidders must have successfully executed or currently have at least two independent purchase orders for laboratory equipment import within the last three years, each with a minimum value of Rs 25 million, supported by satisfactory completion certificates or official performance verifications. An original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of at least Rs 100/- affirming no litigation history, no blacklisting, and no involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices must be submitted. A fixed Bid Security of Rs 1.00 million is required in favor of Director Finance, NED University. Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted through the EPADs portal as per the schedule.
