Improvement of Car Parking and Main Entrance of Election Commission of Pakistan

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate, invites sealed bids for the Improvement of Car Parking and Main Entrance of the Election Commission of Pakistan located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Chipping of existing PCC floor including brooming, cleaning and disposal of chipped material - Placing of PCC (1:2:4) including facing and curing - Sand cushion of good quality sand (Lawrencepur) including placing, leveling and compacting - Fixing of good quality Tuff Tiles of any colour including cutting, facing and compacting - Fixing of good quality Tuff Pavers of any colour including cutting, facing and compacting The scope of work includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications provided. The site is located at Room # E-115, PM Secretariat, Sector G-5, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The contract duration is 15 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully.
