Improvement and Construction Works for Pakistan Railways Moghalpura Workshops

Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites E-bids for composite schedule rates 2016 (Workshops Division) for civil works on single stage single envelope basis. The works include improvement and replacement of existing underground corroded and rusted Sui Gas pipelines in C&W shops in the section of IOW/South Moghalpura and Loco shops in the section of IOW/North Moghalpura. Also included are special repairs to damaged/unsafe RCC roofs and raising floors for Class-IV staff blocks and Jack Arch roof and other miscellaneous civil works at various locations within the Moghalpura workshops. Construction of new premium shops near bungalows and sports complexes in the sections of IOW/South and IOW/North MGPR is also part of the tender. Works of CIP He in DSW Office in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Construction of New 17 Nos Premium Shops near Bungalow No. 130 Main Moghalpura Road in the Section of IOW/South MGPR - Construction of New 16 Nos Premium Shops near Sports Complex Wheatman Road in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Construction of New 12 Nos Premium Shops near Bungalow No. 309 Wheatman Road in the Section of IOW/North MGPR The technical scope covers civil works at Pakistan Railways Moghalpura workshops including pipeline replacement, RCC roof repairs, and new shop construction. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid PEC category and have NTN & GST registration appearing on FBR Active Tax Payer List. Earnest money must be submitted as CDR issued from Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura. Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system by 11:00 am on 05-11-2026. Only bids submitted via E-PAD will be entertained and no other bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the chamber of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission of bids through the E-PAD system to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the bid security in the form of CDR as per instructions and ensure all required documents are uploaded before the deadline.
