Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase-III

The Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase-III) under the P&D Department invites bids from eligible bidders for executing various construction works in Buleda Town, Turbat. The tender is for the fiscal year 2026 and follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Handball Court and Basketball Court at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School Buleda - Construction of Bus Garage at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School Buleda - Construction of Cafeteria at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School Buleda - Construction of Football Ground at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School Buleda - Construction of Principal Residence at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School Buleda - Installation of Street Lights at Buleda Model Town The scope includes civil construction and installation works at Shaheed Ayub Buledai Model School and Buleda Model Town. For the street lights installation, PEC registration C-5 and above with relevant solar specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(iii), EE11(vv) is required. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of 70% of the estimated cost in the last three years. Tender fee is Rs. 2000 in the form of a green challan deposited to the specified government treasury account. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Project Director from the date of publication until 08 October 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 08 October 2026 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 01:00 PM.
