Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase-III

The Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase-III is being procured by the Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (P I&II) P&D Department located in Turbat, Balochistan. This tender invites eligible bidders to execute important construction works for the fiscal year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Auditorium at Shaheed Ayub Buleda Model School Buleda - Construction of Commercial Market - Construction of Parking Shades, Street Lights, and Children's Recreational Play Area at Shaheed Ayub Buleda Model School Buleda - Landscaping of Hospital and School Front The technical scope includes construction of an auditorium, commercial market, parking shades, street lighting, children's recreational play area, and landscaping works at specified locations in Buleda Town. Bidders must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature with a cost of 50% or above of the estimated cost in the last 3 years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) is mandatory. Specialized codes required include CE(III) General Civil Engineering Works, EE111 (S & E Energy System), EE111(vi) General Electrical Works Only.
