The Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase-III is open for electronic bids from eligible bidders for the year 2026. The site is Buleda Town, and the works are to be executed under composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage basis. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active tax payer status, not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of 70% of the estimated cost for each work in the last financial years.
