Improvement of Facilities at Police Training College Quetta Family Apartments Packages 1, 2, and 3

The PP&H Department District Quetta invites eligible bidders for the improvement of facilities at the Police Training College Quetta. The works are divided into three packages covering family apartments and allied facilities. Items being procured: - Package 1: Family Apartments (1 Block 16 Flats) with Allied Facilities - Package 2: Family Apartments (2 Blocks 32 Flats) - Package 3: Family Apartments (2 Blocks 32 Flats) These works are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The project involves civil construction and improvement of residential facilities at the Police Training College site in Quetta. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above, with relevant specialized codes as per bidding documents. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of at least two similar assignments and financial capacity for the last three years is required. Tender fee is Rs. 2000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each work. Tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.
