Improvement, Rehab & Construction of Various Roads and Bridges in Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal (2026-27)

The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of Bara Flyover This tender involves the improvement, rehabilitation, and construction of various roads and bridges in Jamrud, Bara, and Landikotal. The project requires firms with PEC category C-2 or above. Bidders must submit bid security including stamp duty amounting to Rs. 20,040,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 300,000. The technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on the EPADS system before the submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license, updated FBR Active Taxpayer List status, KPRA registration, and C&W enlistment for the current financial year. Joint ventures are allowed as per C&W and KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit an affidavit affirming the authenticity of the CDR enclosed in the financial bid.
