Improvement and Rehabilitation of E&M Facilities of South Region Airports

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), a public sector organization responsible for maintaining and managing airports operation, safety, and infrastructure within Pakistan, invites E-bids under Single Stage Two Envelops as per PPRA Rule 36(b). This tender is for the improvement and rehabilitation of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) facilities of South Region Airports, specifically the improvement of HVAC infrastructure at P&D Directorate, Accounts Branch, Commercial and Estate Directorate, Tr-I HQPAA, JIAP Karachi. Items being procured: - Improvement and rehabilitation of E&M facilities - Improvement of HVAC infrastructure at specified directorates and branches The scope includes upgrading HVAC systems and related electrical and mechanical works at the designated locations within Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Financial Category C-6 or above, with specialization in ME-01 and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, are eligible to participate. Bidding documents can be downloaded and proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS V-2.0 portal http://eprocure.gov.pk before the bid submission deadline. Physical bids (hard copy) including technical proposals and bid security/earnest money must also be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Sr. Joint Director (HVAC), Room # 3076, Level – III, East Side, JIAP Karachi. The bid security/earnest money required is Rs. 600,000. Bids not accompanied by acceptable bid security will be rejected outright. The bid submission deadline is 05-10-2026 at 1100 hrs, with bid opening at 1130 hrs on the same day. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's PEC registration and ATL status are current and clearly documented in your bid to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the EPADS submission guidelines and submit the physical bid security on time to the specified office to ensure your bid is considered.
