Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Building Division-II Peshawar invites bids from approved contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers two major works in Peshawar city under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar. Items being procured:
- Improvement and rehabilitation of Masjid at Gari Aziz
- Repair, renovation and construction of Government School Building in Khalsa-I, Mahal Terai-I, Sikandar Town, Hassan Ghari-I
The technical scope includes civil works for improvement, rehabilitation, repair, and renovation of religious and educational buildings. Contractors must have PEC category PK-C5 and above, with relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration. The bid security and tender fees are specified for each work, with bid security at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit.
