Improvement and Rehabilitation of Masjid and Repair Renovation & Construction of Govt School Building in Peshawar

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Building Division-II Peshawar, invites bids from approved contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers two major works in Peshawar under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar. Items being procured: - Improvement and Rehabilitation of Masjid at Gari Aziz in District Peshawar - Repair, Renovation and Construction of Government School Building in Khalisa-I, II, Mahal Terai-I, II, Sikandar Town, Hassan Ghari-I, Peshawar The technical scope includes civil works for improvement, rehabilitation, repair, renovation, and construction at specified sites in Peshawar. Contractors must have PEC category PK-C5 and above, and relevant CE and EE categories as specified. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and FBR, and provide a valid PEC license for the current financial year. The bid security is required at 2% in the form of call deposit or stamp duty. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system before the closing date and time. Original call deposit must be submitted via courier before bid opening. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The tender opening will be on the same day at 12:30 hours.
