Improvement and Repair of Trenches by Providing Paver Blocks in Various Areas of TMC Chanesar District East

Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East Karachi invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal for multiple improvement and repair works involving the provision and fixing of paver blocks and beautification of trenches in various localities within TMC Chanesar. These works are aimed at enhancing infrastructure and public amenities in the district. Items being procured: - Providing/fixing paver blocks and beautification work for treatment of trenches near Dr. Mehmood Hussain Road to Siraj Road UC-02 - Improvement/repair of trenches by providing paver blocks in different streets of Manzoor Colony-II, UC-05 - Improvement/repair of trenches by providing paver blocks in different wards of Manzoor Colony, UC-04 - Improvement/repair of trenches by providing paver blocks in different streets of Chanesar Goth, UC-08 - Improvement/repair of trenches by providing paver blocks in different streets of Kashmir Colony, Akhter Colony, UC-06 - Improvement/repair of trenches by providing paver blocks in different streets of Azam Basti, Azam Town UC-07 The scope includes supply and installation of quality paver blocks, site preparation, and beautification works at specified locations. Contractors must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards, maintain workmanship quality, and complete the works within the stipulated timeframe. Eligibility criteria include valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration where applicable, FBR registration, and submission of 5% bid security of the project cost. Bidders must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules.
