The Public Works Department Balochistan invites electronic bids for the improvement and widening of the Eastern Bypass Road Quetta with a length of 11.74 KM. This project is based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Improvement and widening of Eastern Bypass Road Quetta, Length: 11.74 KM The scope includes comprehensive road works under the supervision of the Executive Engineer (Roads), Sariab Quetta CWPP&H. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-1 and above, with a specialization code CE02 (Bridge Structures). Valid PEC certificates with codes CE01, CE02, and CE04 are required. The bidder must have completed at least two similar projects in the last five years, each costing a minimum of PKR 440 million, demonstrating financial capacity and technical expertise. No subletting or subcontracting is allowed. The bidder must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from a scheduled bank.
