The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Islamabad invites qualified firms for the hiring of an independent transaction advisor firm. This consultancy is for the legal, financial, and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding the amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town, and Urban Enclave. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation.
