Procurement of Industrial Fans

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for the procurement of industrial fans from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms. No additional lots or separate reserve prices are printed. Bidders must hold a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax registration where applicable, and must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Standard Bidding Document. The submission checklist requires registration, pre-qualification, or indexation evidence issued by HIT, Directorate General Defence Production, Ministry of Defence Production, government, or semi-government organizations where applicable; attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last three financial years; an attested bank statement for the last year; attested CNIC of the chief executive or director; and a trade link between the firm and original equipment manufacturer for distributors or agents. An attested judicial-paper certificate confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred, together with documentary evidence of relevant contracts or government and semi-government experience during the last three financial years, is also required.
