Procurement of Industrial Stackers (Ride On) 1.5-2 Ton in Lieu of Bty Cars on FOR Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for Industrial Stackers (Ride On) with a capacity of 1.5 to 2 tons, to be supplied on FOR basis in lieu of battery cars. Items being procured: - Industrial Stackers (Ride On) 1.5-2 Ton as per Annexure A The delivery period is three months after signing the contract. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila, a key defense production facility in Pakistan. Bidders must ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and adhere to PPRA and MoDP rules. Required documents include photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link certificates with OEMs if acting as distributors or agents, and a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also mandatory. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
