Tender Description
This tender invites qualified bidders in Quetta to provide Information Technology services for Sandeman Provincial Hospital under the Financial Year 2025-26. The hospital requires expert IT support to maintain and enhance its digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and data management within the healthcare environment.
The scope includes delivering IT services that meet the hospital's operational needs, including system maintenance, software support, and network management. Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar assignments, showing a turnover of at least PKR 1,000,000 over the last three years. The firm should have a registered office in Quetta and comply with all regulatory requirements, including ISO/IEC certifications and registration with SECP and the Chamber of Commerce.
Bidders must be active taxpayers with valid BRA registration and must not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency. Compliance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 is mandatory. The bidding firm should also meet the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements, including FBR/ATL status and PEC category adherence, ensuring eligibility and credibility in the procurement process.
