Tender Description
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable contracting firms with valid PEC licenses under categories CE01, CE09, CE10, EE06, EE11-vi (General Electrical Works Only) to participate in the bidding process for the infrastructure development of NSIT Phase-II (Package-II).
Items being procured:
- Infrastructure Development of NSIT Phase-II (Package-II)
This project aims to develop a comprehensive infrastructure for the NSIT City project, focusing on technological innovation, educational and commercial advancements, fostering R&D, and enhancing technological capabilities. The scope includes all civil and electrical works as per the specified PEC categories.
Interested firms must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government or semi-government entity. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. Tender documents can be downloaded from www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk and obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office upon payment of Rs. 25,000 as tender fees via Pay Order/CDR/Demand Draft in favor of PCBDDA.
Bids must be submitted sealed and clearly marked with the name of the work to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore by October 12, 2026, 12:00 PM. Bid security of Rs. 55 million in the form of an original bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft, or CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. Late bids will be rejected.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 01, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the PCBDDA Office Complex conference room. Written queries will be addressed up to three days before the closing date. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid prior to acceptance.
