Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector for KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority in Peshawar is procuring advanced technological solutions under the project titled Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector. This procurement focuses on establishing the KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) at the CTA Headquarters. The system will function as a 24/7 central command center to enhance tourism safety, emergency response, monitoring, and service coordination across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It includes live camera feeds, dashboards, GIS mapping, incident reporting, and coordination with multiple agencies such as Tourism Police, District Administration, Rescue 1122, Helpline 1422, Aviation, and the Pakistan Meteorological Department. The technical scope is divided into two main packages: development of software solutions for the STCMS and supply and installation of monitoring and display systems. Bidders must be registered with recognized professional bodies including FBR (NTN & KPRA / STRN Certificate) and SECP for companies, and must be active on the active taxpayer list. Separate bids are required for each package with package-wise rates. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted as bid security for each package in favor of the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th June 2026 at 14:00 in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform by 22nd June 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copies of bidding documents are required, but the original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office by the deadline. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and submit a notarized affidavit confirming the accuracy of the information provided. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare separate technical and financial bids for each package and ensure timely electronic submission on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
