Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites proposals under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for Inspection, Maintenance, Spare Parts Replacement, Testing & Commissioning of Existing Marine Loading Arm (MLA) installed at SLL Port Qasim Terminal, Karachi. Items being procured: - Inspection of Mechanical Components including rotating joints, swivel joints, counterweight assembly, bearings, pins and bushes, arm balancing mechanism, structural welds, foundation bolts, fasteners - Inspection of Hydraulic System including hydraulic valves, pumps, hydraulic hoses, pressure settings, oil condition, filters, leakages, hydraulic power unit - Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation System including emergency release system (ERS), instrumentation, electrical system, installation, fittings, emergency release system (ERS), quick connect/disconnect coupler (QCDC), limit switches, control panels, rotating joints, bearings, sealing arrangements, mechanical locking devices The scope covers complete inspection and maintenance of the Marine Loading Arm (MLA) to ensure its reliable operation and compliance with OEM recommendations and industry standards. The contract includes supply and replacement of spare parts, testing, and commissioning to restore the MLA to proper operating condition. Eligibility requires qualified personnel with experience in marine loading arms, hydraulic and electrical systems, and relevant certifications.
