Tender Description
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS from reputable and experienced firms for inspection, functional/technical testing, specification verification, quality assurance, reporting, re-inspection and branding of donated used/refurbished Chromebooks intended for distribution to school students.

The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended. Bidders must fulfill eligibility, qualification, and technical requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bid Security of **PKR 14.75 Million** is required as per bidding documents.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, 1st Floor, Block-C, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad. Bid submission and closing date is 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely submission through EPADS is critical to avoid disqualification.
