Installation of 50 KW Ongrid Solar Power System with 65 KW PV and 8 KW UPS

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, is procuring the installation of a 50 KW Ongrid Solar Power System with 65 KW PV capacity along with the supply and installation of an 8 KW UPS. This project is based at NDMA Headquarters on Main Murree Road, Islamabad. The scope includes a complete solar power solution integrating with the existing grid and generator system, ensuring zero-export mode during grid outages to prevent reverse power flow into the generator. The installation covers PV mounting structures, electrical distribution boards, protection systems, earthing, and all related civil and electrical works. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and have relevant experience in solar power system design and installation. Firms are encouraged to visit the site for a better understanding of the existing power infrastructure. The bid submission deadline is **10 June 2026 at 1100 hours**, with technical and financial bids to be submitted online via EPADS and hard copies delivered to NDMA Headquarters. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of 10% of the contract value and must offer a minimum one-year after-sales service.
