Installation of 6 Kw Solar Power System at District & Sessions Court Complex Tando Muhammad Khan

The District & Sessions Court, Tando Muhammad Khan is procuring the installation of a 6 Kw Solar Power System at its Court Complex located in Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh. This procurement is aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability at the court premises by installing a hybrid solar power system. The technical scope includes supply and installation of a 6 Kw hybrid inverter (Inverex Nitrox or equivalent), 14 Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels of 585 W or above (Inverex/Jinko or equivalent), a lithium iron phosphate battery bank (48 V), solar framing with 16-gauge MS pipe, distribution box, wiring, and other electrical items. The installation also covers testing, commissioning, and handover of the complete system. All materials and installation must conform to the required standards and specifications with a minimum two-year warranty on key components. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR registration, ATL status, NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. They should have completed at least two similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years is required.
