Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids for the installation of a 6 kW solar power system at the District Court/Judicial Complex, Thatta. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of hybrid inverter, solar panels, lithium battery bank, framing, wiring, and related electrical items. The contract includes a minimum one-year warranty and on-site technical support.
Bidders must be registered, experienced, and meet eligibility criteria including tax registration and financial turnover. Bids are to be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 2nd December 2025. The bid security is Rs. 30,000 and performance guarantee is 2% of the bid price. The contract will be awarded based on technical and financial evaluation under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022).
