Installation of Additional Emergency Shut-Down (ESD) Switches at Gantry and Main Product Pump Room at KTB

The GI conduit installation must be weatherproof, securely fixed to the gantry steel structure, and sealed to prevent water ingress. The emergency shut-off switches must be explosion-proof, ATEX/IECEx certified, suitable for hazardous Zone 1/2 areas, with IP65/IP66 ingress protection, and mounted at accessible locations on the gantry and pump room walls. Vendor must provide original manufacturer certificates and datasheets for all materials. Eligibility criteria include compliance with PSO's HSE standards, provision of mobile scaffolding or elevated work platforms for work at height with third-party inspection certificates, and warranty of six months on parts and switches.
