Tender Description
WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society Multan invites well reputed firms for the hiring and installation of E-Gates and related security systems at WAPDA Town Multan. The procurement includes supply and installation of the following items:
- Supply Of Automatic Traffic Barrier System Model: VM 05DC (4 units) including brand Veloce Motor Taiwan, designed for long operation life, heavy duty DC based system, electronic PLC controller, fast operation with adjustable speed, and main operating system with power supply.
- Boom Pole, 3 Meter Without Batteries (4 units)
- Road Loop Detector Taiwan with Loop Wire Flexible 1.5 MM Pure Copper (2 units)
- Traffic Lights Local Manufacture Green Arrow Cross Plastic Body (2 units)
- Supply of Long-Range RFID Reader, Power Supply 9-10 Meter (2 units)
- Supply of Long-Range Reader Pole & Feet (2 units)
- Supply of Access Controller 2 Door Taiwan AOPU (1 unit)
- Installation & Testing Commissioning Transportation (1 job)
The scope covers installation at the WAPDA Town site with all necessary equipment and commissioning. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant authorities (NTN, GST), have financial and technical capability, valid PEC registration for 100-KW+ projects, and FBR/ATL registration. A bid security of 5% of the bid value in shape of CDR is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the WECHS office upon payment of Rs. 100,000 non-refundable. Tender submission deadline is 19 September 2026 by 12:00 noon, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Only firms meeting all criteria and submitting complete documents will be considered.
