WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Multan invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI)/Tender from reputed firms for the installation of safety and security systems at WAPDA Town Multan. The procurement involves supply and installation of advanced equipment to enhance security at Gate 01. Items being procured: - Supply of Automatic Traffic Barrier System Model: VM 05DC (4 units) - ROAD LOOP DETECTOR Taiwan with Loop Wire Flexible 1.5 MM Pure Copper (2 units) - TRAFFIC LIGHTS Local Manufacture Green Arrow Cross Plastic Body (2 units) - Supply of LONG-RANGE RFID READER, POWER SUPPLY 9-10 Meter (2 units) - Supply of Long-Range Reader Pole 8 Feet (4 units) - Supply of Access Controller 2 Door Taiwan Apoly (1 unit) - Installation & testing Commissioning Transportation (1 Job) The scope includes installation of a heavy-duty DC based automatic traffic barrier system with electronic PLC controller, fast operation speed adjustable between 1.5 to 8 seconds, and above-ground operation. The system includes main operating system, power supply, and boom poles without batteries. The project requires technical expertise in installation, testing, and commissioning of traffic control and security equipment. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with relevant authorities (NTN, GST), financial soundness, technical capability, valid PEC/relevant authority registration, and experience with similar projects of 100 KW+ capacity. A bid security of 5% of the CDR value is mandatory, with a validity of 90 days after tender opening. Tender documents can be obtained from the WECHS office during working hours upon payment of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable). Firms may participate in all three tenders separately but only one tender per firm is allowed. Bids must be submitted by 04-11-2026 by 12:30 hours and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
