Installation of Fiber Optic Based Internet at Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat and Regional Offices

The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad is procuring installation services for fiber optic based internet connectivity at its Secretariat Headquarters and multiple regional offices including Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sialkot, and Hyderabad. The project involves providing 50 Mbps bandwidth with 16 live IPs at the Islamabad HQ and scalable bandwidth options for regional sites. The scope includes complete installation, free maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts for the fiber optic internet infrastructure. Interested Internet Service Providers must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and provide proof of GST registration and NTN. Firms must also submit a certificate confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government department. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure where technical proposals will be evaluated first, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened. Earnest Money Deposit of 2% of the quoted tender cost in the form of a call deposit is mandatory with the financial bid. The technical bid opening will be held on 18 May 2026 at 11:00 hours at the FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. Bidders are advised to visit the sites between 09:00 am to 2:00 pm on working days to finalize their proposals. Tender documents are available on the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. The submission deadline is strictly 18 May 2026 at 09:30 hours.
